RN Director – Med Surg / Rehab / Surgical UnitsLocation: Stillwater, Oklahoma (Onsite)Work Type: PermanentPositions: 1Hours: Full-TimeThe RN Director is responsible for overseeing nursing operations across Medical, Rehabilitation, and Surgical units, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. This leadership role requires strong clinical expertise, multi-department management experience, and the ability to drive patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.Must-Have Qualifications• Minimum 5+ years of inpatient nursing supervision experience• Minimum 2+ years of Director-level experience across multiple departments• Active Oklahoma RN License (Required prior to start)• BSN (Required)• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, staffing, and patient care standards• CPR Certification (Required or within 30 days of hire)Preferred Qualifications• Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (Preferred)• Experience with Meditech and/or Epic EMR systems• Strong tenure and stability in previous roles• Proven leadership in Med Surg, Rehab, and Surgical unitsWork Environment• Acute Care Hospital• Onsite leadership role in Stillwater, OK• Multi-unit management (Medical, Rehab, Surgical)• Patient ratio example: 1:5 (varies by unit)Additional Requirements• Must be flexible with weekends and holiday rotations• Ability to lead large teams and manage multi-department operations• Strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomesRecruiter Submission Template – Full Name: Degree / Certification with Institution and Completion Year:Do you have 5+ years of inpatient nursing supervision experience?
