RN Inpatient Pediatrics / Medical Surgical = Assignment Snapshot (All-in-One) Facility: Northern Navajo Medical Center | Shiprock, New Mexico, USA Job Type: Contract | Open Positions: 2 Start Date: June 01, 2026 | End Date: December 01, 2028 Duration: 6 Months Base + 4 Extensions (6 Months each) Bill Rate: $105/hr (C2C) | Hours: 40/week | Total Hours: 5,240 Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM 7:00 AM) Schedule: 3 shifts one week / 4 shifts next week (H84 hrs bi-weekly) Timesheet: Weekly | Submission Deadline: May 18, 2026 = Job Description The RN Inpatient Pediatrics / Medical Surgical will provide comprehensive inpatient care to pediatric and med-surg patients in a hospital setting. The role requires strong clinical skills, emergency response capability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. >z Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to pediatric and med-surg patients Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses Develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and perform clinical procedures Respond to emergencies (Code Blue/RRT) per protocols Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA Float to other departments as required = Requirements Experience: 2+ years in Pediatric & Medical Surgical Nursing License: Active RN License (Any U.S. State) Certifications Required: BLS ACLS PALS NRP > Skills IV therapy, cardiac monitoring, phototherapy Central line & PICC management Blood product administration Emergency response & critical care handling EHR proficiency & clinical documentation Additional Info Credentialing: 6 8 weeks Max Submissions: 25 per supplier Job Status: Active
