Job Title: RN LDRP/OBCity: GrantsState: NMJob Type: TravelDiscipline: RNSpeciality: LDRP/OBFacility Setting: Short Term Acute Care (STAC)Accepting Locals per Radius Rule? -Contract Length: 13 weeksShifts: NightsShift Details: 12 hour NIGHTS - Possibly covering holidays/weekends.Weekly Schedule: 36 HoursCertifications:
- BLS
- RN LDRP/OB
- MUST WORK IN BOTH L&D AND POST PARTUM
- SHIFT: 12 hour rotating nights. Possibly covering holidays/weekends. 36 hours a week guaranteed with occasional labor call or overtime
- Qualifications
- Current New Mexico RN license or active Multi-State Compact (eNLC) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification from the American Heart Association (or equivalent).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Education and clinical experience that provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the assigned department.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to patients of all ages (pediatric through geriatric).
- Strong team player with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.
- Department-Specific Qualifications
- Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP)
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required.
- OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months.
- SAFER NM Technician certification preferred.
- Skilled in all aspects of perinatal care, labor support, delivery, and newborn assessment.
- Knowledge of sterile technique and sterile field maintenance.
