Job Title: RN Long Term Care (LTC) Facility: Western Horizons Care Center Location: Hettinger, North Dakota Facility Type: LTC / Nursing Home Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: Variable Night Shifts 12 hours Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Vendor: Prime Time Healthcare
Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The RN is responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, care planning, and coordination with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor resident health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments.
Develop and update resident care plans.
Supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed.
Document care accurately and timely.
Communicate with physicians, residents, and families.
Requirements:
Active RN license
LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Ability to work night shifts in a team-based environment
