If so, we invite you to consider a career-defining opportunity as the RN Manager in our rapidly growing Emergency Department (ED) at our 300-bed acute care medical center in the greater Fresno, CA area.
About Us:Our medical center is at the forefront of innovation and patient-centered care. We take immense pride in our recently expanded and redesigned ED, featuring 12 new beds, a state-of-the-art rapid assessment and special care unit, a dedicated red zone, and an expanded, centralized imaging department right next to the ED. We've created an environment where every moment counts, and every member of our team plays a crucial role in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:As the RN Manager, Emergency, you will be leading a dedicated team in our 70+ bed ED. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of care for patients, spanning from moderate to high acuity. Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising and guiding the ED staff to provide top-tier patient care.
- Developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure the efficient operation of the ED.
- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of patient care, quality, and safety.
- Maintaining compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:We're seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant ER supervisor and/or management experience and leadership in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Current State of California Registered Nurse license required.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: USD $141,835 to $212,721
- Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Available
