Job Description

• RN Medical Surgical• Location: Marinette, WI 54143• Job Type: Contract• Hours: 36 hrs/week• Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:30 PM Start)

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical RN for the IU Medical Unit. This is a community-based hospital with strong ancillary support and centralized telemetry monitoring.

Ideal candidates are telemetry-competent and comfortable managing standard med-surg patient populations.

47-Bed Medical Unit
Patient Population: Basic Medical/Surgical
First-Time Travelers Accepted
Minimum Experience: 2 Years

Patient Ratios

Nights: 1:5 6 (Based on Acuity)
Days: 1:4 5
Tech Ratio:
- Days: 1:7
- Nights: 1:9

Schedule & Requirements

Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:30 PM Start)
Weekend Rotation: Every Other Weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every Other Holiday
On Call: None
Floating: None

Required Certifications

Active RN License (WI or Compact)
BLS
ACLS
NIH Stroke Certification
Telemetry Competency Required
