Immediate need for a talented RN Med Surg/ER. This is a 13 weeks contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Sundance, WY(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range:
- Regular Pay: $43/hr
- Weekly Housing & Meal Stipend: $ 1,681.82/weekly
- Weekly Per Diem: $1548
- Weekly Gross Pay: $ 2,569.72 (subject to completion of scheduled hours)
- Shift: 12 hours Night
- Scheduled Hours: 36 hours [Hours per Facility]

- Patient Ratio:
- Acute Care: 4–5:1
- Emergency Department: Varies
- Charting System: Cerner
- Float Requirement: Must float between Acute Care and Emergency Department.
- Weekend Rotation: Discussed during the interview.
- Holiday Requirements: Discussed during the interview.
- Provide direct patient care in both the Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical Unit.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and prioritize patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately using the Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Wyoming or Compact License preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred if applicable).
- Experience working in both ER and Acute Care/Medical-Surgical settings preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
