The RN assesses patients upon admission, obtains medical history, reviews diagnostic tests, and collaborates with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans. This role requires flexibility for weekend and holiday coverage, as well as adherence to hospital protocols and professional standards.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments upon admission, including vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans under physician guidance.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adult Med/Surg and Step Down patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR system.
• Comply with hospital policies, core values, and professional standards.
• Participate in orientation and training, including up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in the State of New Hampshire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in medical terminology.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
