Job details: " Job Title- RN Med Surg " Location- 255 W 4th St, Kimball, NE 69145, " Duration- 13 weeks with possible extension " Shift- Night- 4x12 " Start Date- 03/02/2026 " Guranteed Hours: 48 hours weekly Job Duties: " Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring in both Med Surg and ER overflow settings " Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions " Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments per physician orders " Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation, and pain levels; respond promptly to changes in patient condition " Assist with emergency stabilization, rapid response, and trauma care when floating to the ER " Initiate and manage IV access, wound care, Foley catheters, NG tubes, and other nursing procedures " Collaborate with ER physicians, hospitalists, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely patient care
