Your patients are among the most clinically complex and rewarding to care for — recovering from surgery, stroke, cardiac events, and serious medical conditions , including high-volume wound care and ambulatory rehabilitation.Lead, mentor, and develop the Assistant Nurse Manager and frontline nursing team — serving as a visible, hands-on clinical resourceOversee staffing, daily workflows, and unit operations with a focus on efficiency and fiscal responsibilityEnsure compliance with Joint Commission, CARF, CMS , and National Patient Safety Goals; drive quality improvement and monitor outcomesPartner with physicians, therapists, case managers, social workers, and families to deliver coordinated, person-centered careGraduate of a CCNE-accredited nursing program~ Associate Degree in Nursing required; National certification (GERO-BC, RN-BC, CRRN, or equivalent) strongly preferred~5–7 years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation , including at least 2 years in a formal leadership or charge role~ Active Maryland RN license (required)~ Strong working knowledge of geriatric, subacute, rehabilitation, or memory care nursing practiceCompetitive compensation with a comprehensive health and retirement benefits packageTuition reimbursement for BSN, MSN, or advanced certification programsWellness initiatives and free on-site parkingWe hold dual accreditation from the Joint Commission and CARF — a rare distinction that reflects our genuine commitment to quality, not just compliance.Levindale gives you the autonomy and community feel of a specialty hospital with the staffing infrastructure, clinical support, and career mobility of LifeBridge Health.About Levindale HospitalLevindale Hospital is a LifeBridge Health facility and one of the Mid-Atlantic region's premier destinations for post-acute care, skilled nursing, inpatient rehabilitation, and long-term care.
