Job Description

RN / LPN Home Care Nurse- Fridays Only | Flexible Schedule | Weekly Pay

Location: Milton, NH

Fridays | 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

RN: $44.50/hour | LPN: $31.50/hour

This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy building genuine connections with patients and providing personalized, one-on-one care in a calm home setting. You'll have the chance to make a real impact while working with a supportive team that truly values and appreciates its caregivers.

What You'll Do

Provide compassionate skilled nursing care in the patient's home
Complete patient assessments and help create individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition
Educate and support patients and family members
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care

What We're Looking For

Active RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire
At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while feeling supported by a team
