RN & LPN – PRN / Per Diem – South Dakota
Tri-State Nursing is hiring RNs and LPNs throughout South Dakota! Join our team and enjoy flexible PRN and per-diem nursing opportunities that work around your schedule.
Pay
- LPN: $31–$36/hr
- RN: $40–$47/hr

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents and patients.
- Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation.
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, CMAs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and care plans.
Requirements
- Active South Dakota RN or LPN license
- Current TB test and physical
- CPR/BLS required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Dependable and adaptable
- Experience is not required — new graduate nurses are welcome!
