The McGuire Group $34-$36/hour plus sign-on-bonus $7500

Garden Gate Health Care Facility is seeking experienced RN Unit Coordinators (RN UC) for full-time day and evening shifts. This role supports clinical operations, staff coordination, and high-quality resident care on the unit.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations on the unit
  • Support nursing staff and ensure quality, compliant care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
  • Assist with staffing flow, documentation, and resident needs

Qualifications:

  • RN license
  • Prior SNF/LTC or charge experience preferred
