This is a 7-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: RN Unit ManagerLocation: Albuquerque, NM 87112Duration: 07 weeks contract with all possible extensionWork Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 05:00)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality resident care.
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.
Assess residents' conditions, develop and update care plans, and respond promptly to changes in health status.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.· Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers while ensuring accurate documentation.
Monitor infection prevention and control practices to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

Minimum 1 year of RN UM experience preferred
Preferred EMR System: PCC
Knowledge of basic patient care , vital signs, and ADLs
Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition.
