Responsibilities
Deliver RN nurse practitioner education to staff and learners on site.
Assess learner progress and provide targeted coaching to improve skills.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional standards for nursing practice.
Develop and implement evidence-based training curricula for RN practice.
Collaborate with clinical teams to align education with patient care targets.
Utilize performance metrics and pipelines to identify improvement opportunities.
Promote a growth mindset and drive personal mastery through continuous learning.
Lead on-site educational sessions and simulations to reinforce best practices.
Mentor junior staff and support career growth through accountability and feedback.
Document learning outcomes and maintain accurate records for audits.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Support the onboarding process for new RN staff through structured orientation.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with active license and NP practice authority.
Experience delivering nurse practitioner education in clinical or academic settings.
Ability to develop evidence-based curricula and competency assessments.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and nursing practice compliance.
Proven track record in on-site coaching and performance improvement.
Data-driven mindset: ability to use metrics to drive improvement.
Strong patient care alignment skills with clinical team collaboration.
Experience with simulations and hands-on skills training.
Ability to document learning outcomes and maintain audit-ready records.
On-site onboarding and orientation coordination for new RN staff.
