Ro is growing, and we're hiring across several roles:

• Fulfillment Pharmacists & Pharmacy Technicians | Be at the center of delivering an accurate, timely, and seamless pharmacy experience for our members. In these roles, you'll collaborate across teams to ensure prescriptions are processed with care and precision. Ideal for candidates passionate about improving the patient experience and shaping the future of pharmacy.
• Compounding Pharmacists & Pharmacy Technicians | Support the preparation of high-quality compounded medications in a regulated, quality-driven environment. Prepare and package non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous compounds while following and maintaining compliance following USP guidelines and SOPs.
• Warehouse Associates | Play a key role in the daily operations by picking and packing items for shipment and supporting inventory accuracy and logistics. Step into the healthcare world and make an impact on patients' lives.
