Shift: 3rd Shift (Night)

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Robot Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on operating robotic welding and material handling equipment in a fast-paced, employee-focused environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Robotic Machinery: Run and monitor robotic welding or material handling equipment efficiently.

Production Work: Contribute to achieving production targets, including tasks that may involve heavy lifting.

Quality Control: Inspect and ensure all parts meet established company standards.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or robotic operation environment preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Ability to work 3rd shift hours (night shifts) consistently.
