You'll work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality welds and efficient workflow, contributing to the company's reputation for excellence.What You'll Do As a Robot Welder Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating robotic welding machines to perform precise welding tasks.*
- Setting up welding jigs according to detailed setup instructions.*
- Occasionally grinding or spot welding parts using an angle grinder or hand file.*
- Inspecting finished products to meet quality standards.*
- Maintaining equipment and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.*
- Adhering to safety protocols and quality procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prior machine operation in a manufacturing setting required
- Ability to lift 25-30 pounds consistently.*
- Physical stamina to remain on your feet for a 10-hour shift.*
- Previous experience with robotic welding or manufacturing environment is a plus.*
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.*
- High school diploma or equivalent.*
- Reliability and a team-oriented mindset.
