SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to operate robotic welding equipment. This role includes loading and unloading materials, monitoring weld quality, and ensuring products meet customer specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and operate robotic welding systems to meet production requirements.

• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.

• Operate tools and measuring equipment, such as grinders and calipers.

• Monitor weld quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

• Accurately record production data in the ERP system.

• Follow company quality and safety policies.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic while supporting a respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Robotic welding experience or completion of a 4-year program at an accredited robotic welding institution.

• Proficiency in blueprint reading.

• Knowledge of weld symbols.

Preferred:

• Experience in metal fabrication.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, product specifications, data sheets, and procedure manuals.
