You'll work closely with experienced team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.What You'll Do As a Roofing and Material Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the preparation of roofing sites, including setting up and breaking down work areas.
- Moving materials from storage to work zones safely and efficiently.
- Hanging and installing roofing components per project requirements.
- Practicing dry-in procedures to protect the structure from weather elements.
- Working at heights and on ladders, following safety protocols.
- Continuously on your feet, bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and pushing throughout the day.
- Frequently lifting up to 50-75 lbs to help with material transport and construction tasks.
- Sweeping, shoveling, and debris removal to maintain a clean work site.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work at heights and on ladders all day.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
- No prior roofing experience requiredtraining will be provided.
- Valid OSHA or other safety certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
