What You'll Do
As a Storm Restoration Sales Specialist, you'll help homeowners navigate the restoration process while managing customer relationships from start to finish.
Your responsibilities include:
- Meeting homeowners in neighborhoods affected by hail and storm damage
- Performing exterior property and roof inspections
- Identifying storm-related damage and explaining available restoration solutions
- Guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process
- Coordinating roofing restoration projects from inspection through completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every project
- Building long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Ability to complete our paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections safely
