As a Roofing and exterior sales consultant, you'll meet with homeowners, provide expert guidance on their exterior needs, and close sales with professionalism and confidence. Leads are provided, so you can focus on selling, not chasing prospects. With strong sales training, top-notch marketing support, and a company vehicle, you'll be equipped for success from day one.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain sales targets while protecting profit margins.
• Conduct in-home consultations, prepare detailed estimates, and present product options.
• Follow up with customers, answer questions, and deliver excellent service throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive) and related software tools.
• Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve results.
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed to meet with or discuss projects with clients.
• Represent the company in the community with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of roofing, siding, window, or gutter sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, proficient with computers, mobile devices, and CRM software (Pipedrive experience a plus; Xactimate knowledge preferred but not required).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required).
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs as needed for inspections.
• Positive, professional, and motivated by success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position
• Training Pay at $20/hour (up to 3 months; transitions to commission once sales are made).
• Commissions at 6 to 10% average, with potential up to 12%.
• Earning Potential up to $80,000 to $140,000+ annually (with top performers exceeding $180K).
