Roofing & Restoration Sales Representative
Reese Roofing & Construction – Tampa Bay, FL
Reese Roofing & Construction is looking for highly motivated sales professionals who want to earn six-figure income selling roofing and restoration projects.
We are a licensed Roofing Contractor and General Contractor serving the Tampa Bay area including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and surrounding counties.

• Insurance restoration • Storm damage repairs • Roofing replacements • Exterior remodeling • Window and door replacement

What You’ll Do
• Inspect residential properties for storm damage • Generate your own leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals • Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process • Present estimates and close roofing and restoration projects • Manage jobs from contract to completion while communicating with homeowners

Requirements
Job Requirements
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently • Comfortable with door knocking, networking, and generating your own leads • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to explain roofing or restoration projects to homeowners in a clear and professional manner • Must be comfortable working outdoors and climbing roofs when inspecting properties • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Smartphone and ability to use basic CRM or sales software • Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with homeowners during the sales process • Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred (Not Required)
• Previous roofing, restoration, or construction sales experience • Experience working with insurance claims or storm damage restoration • Former insurance adjusters transitioning to the contractor side • Experience with roofing systems, windows, or exterior remodeling
Physical Requirements
• Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely • Ability to lift 40+ lbs if needed • Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions

• 100% Commission Based Role • Average project commissions range from $2,000 – $5,000+ per job • Top performers close 3–6 projects per month
