• What we offer• Wages: starting at $20.68/hour• Apprentice Roofer - starting pay is negotiable based on experience and roofing knowledge.• Benefits available after completing their first year of apprenticeship school.• Training opportunities through Local 44 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.• Learn and apply roofing techniques.• Willingness to follow instructions.• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols. Qualifications include:• Background checks required for security clearance.• Pre-employment drug screen.• Comfortable working at heights.• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions.• Ability to work 8-10 hours/day• High school diploma or equivalent
