Job Description
Roofing & Exterior Crews Wanted — Steady Restoration Work | Northeast Ohio
Storm Guard of Brecksville is a woman- and veteran-owned exterior restoration company and an Owens Corning Roofing Preferred Contractor, serving all of Northeast Ohio. We do roofing, siding, gutters, and windows, with a strong year-round pipeline of work. We're looking to build long-term relationships with reliable subcontractor crews who take pride in clean, warrantable work — not one-and-done labor.
The work
- Full roof tear-off and asphalt shingle installation on Owens Corning systems (OC experience a plus)
- Siding (vinyl, fiber cement, and insulated)
- Consistent volume — we keep good crews busy
Requirements (non-negotiable)
- A valid federal EIN
- Current Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Current workers' compensation certificate
- Unbranded vehicles on site — your crew represents Storm Guard at the home, so no other company logos, wraps, or signage
What we're looking for
- Crews who install to Owens Corning spec and local code, so every roof holds its warranty
- Insured — general liability and workers' comp required, no exceptions
- Your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
- Clean job sites every time — magnetic nail sweep and full cleanup
- Before / during / after photos (we run detailed photo reports for the carriers)
- Crews who show up on schedule, communicate clearly, and treat homeowners and their property with respect
