Collaborating with a dedicated team, you’ll ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of excellence.What You’ll Do: As a Roofing Crew Member, you will be responsible for:
  • Removing existing roofing materials and preparing surfaces for new installations.*
  • Installing various residential roofing systems, including shingles and underlayment.*
  • Efficiently carrying, loading, and staging roofing materials and tools.*
  • Safely using hand and power tools to deliver high-quality workmanship.*
  • Maintaining a clean and safe job site to uphold safety standards.*
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve daily production goals.
What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 1 year of residential roofing experience, with a focus on installations.*
  • Comfort working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.*
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.*
  • The ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs throughout the workday.*
  • Your own basic tools necessary for the job.
