We have an executive position with an established General Contractor in Alpharetta. Our client is expanding their offering to include roofing! We are in search of a strong leader to join the company and shape the team. Reporting to the President, this role will be charged with creating, developing, and managing the roofing Division. You will have the opportunity of building a team around you, while creating processes and procedures for the Roofing Division. Georgia is the initial market, with expansion plans in the Southeast. Desired Expertise: · 5 -plus experience selling roofs (commercial, residential (single family or multi-family)· 3 years plus leadership or operations experience is necessary.· Strong work ethic and communications skills are keys to successCompensation:· Six Figure Salary, bonus, and profit sharing· Health insurance contribution· 2-weeks' vacation We encourage roofing professionals with a book of business and operations experience to apply.
