- Oversee daily residential roofing production (1–2 crews)
- Conduct pre-install walkthroughs and post-install inspections
- Ensure jobs stay on schedule and meet company quality standards
- Serve as the primary field contact for homeowners during installation
- Coordinate with sales and operations for seamless job handoffs
- Enforce safety protocols and professional jobsite standards
- Minimize callbacks and warranty issues through proactive oversight
- 3+ years residential roofing experience (production)
- Experience managing subcontractor crews preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects
- Comfortable using CRM or project management software
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Former roofing foremen ready to step into leadership
- Current superintendents looking for a stable, growth-oriented company
