Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Roofing Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining safety standards on the construction site.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.

• Manage project scheduling to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.

• Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications.

• Utilize construction estimating tools such as Eagle View, Hover, iRoofing and Roofle for budgeting purposes.

• Collaborate with sales team to develop project plans and budgets.

• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

• Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a lead role within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

• Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools.

• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid and Prolog is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control.

• A solid understanding of budgeting principles related to construction projects.
