What You'll be Doing:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
- Assist with tear-off, material handling, and roof installation
- Set up and use equipment safely (ladders, scaffolding, tools)
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work outdoors with a team on active construction projects
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Who We're Looking For:
- Reliable, hardworking individuals who show up ready to work
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally and stay physically active
- Construction or roofing experience is a plus (but not required)
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Foreman or leadership-level experience = higher pay opportunities
