About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a fast-growing, community-driven company? One of our great roofing clients is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Production Manager to lead their roofing production team.
This is a hands-on field leadership role with strong career growth potential. You’ll oversee residential roofing projects (insurance and retail), the sales team, manage subcontractor coordination, and ensure high-quality, on-time installations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production for roofing and sales
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Perform on-site quality control and safety checks
- Maintain clear communication between office, crews, and customers
- Support the sales team with inspections, install planning, and materials management
- Ensure jobs meet building codes, manufacturer specs, and company quality standards
- Track job costs, photos, and project status
- Resolve field issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct walk-throughs, repair diagnostics, and punch list completions
- Occasionally assist with emergency tarping or in-house repairs
- Eligible to earn commission on material upgrades, warranties, and expanded work to be completed

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in residential roofing production and or sales management required
- Experience with exterior construction and flat and/or metal roofing a plus
- Spanish fluency a plus
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple jobs at once
- Proficient with smartphones, apps, and digital project tools
- Reliable truck or vehicle with material hauling capacity
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs
