We're looking for someone to lead production, protect quality, and deliver an exceptional homeowner experience.

At Honest Abe Roofing, you'll oversee 1-2 crews per day, manage projects from start to finish, and play a critical role in one of America's fastest-growing roofing companies.

If you're a foreman, superintendent, or production manager who takes pride in doing things the right way, this could be your next step.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily roofing production
Coordinate crews, materials, and scheduling
Conduct job-site inspections and quality control
Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Ensure every project meets company standards
