Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley, PA is seeking a full-time Roofing Project Manager / Foreman to lead residential and light commercial roofing projects throughout Berks County, PA and surrounding areas with precision, accountability, and efficiency. This full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for someone who is motivated to work 45-55 hours/week. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING PROJECT MANAGER / FOREMAN As a Roofing Project Manager / Foreman, you are the on-site leader and primary point of contact throughout each project. You bring a steady, solutions-focused mindset while holding yourself and your team accountable to high standards. You proactively coordinate labor, materials, schedules, and jobsite operations to keep projects on time and within budget. Customers and team members alike respect your professionalism, communication, and leadership.
