Job Summary
Redhammer Roof Group is hiring a Roofing Repair Assistant to support roof repair and maintenance work on commercial and residential roofing systems. This role assists with service calls, helps maintain tools and equipment, supports safe jobsite operations, and completes assigned tasks under the direction of a lead technician.

Responsibilities
- Assist with repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems
- Support the lead technician during service calls and roofing repair work
- Load, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
- Help keep the service truck clean, stocked, and job-ready
- Follow company safety procedures and jobsite standards
- Help complete basic job documentation and administrative updates as assigned
- Provide professional service to customers on job sites
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in roofing, construction, or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
- Ability to work well with a team and follow direction
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial roofing, residential roofing, or both
