Job Summary
Redhammer Roof Group is hiring a Roofing Repair Specialist to perform roof repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems. This role includes operating a company service truck, completing scheduled service work, supporting jobsite safety, and maintaining accurate service documentation.

Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems
- Inspect roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Operate and maintain a company service truck
- Lead and work alongside an assistant technician on service calls
- Keep tools, materials, equipment, and vehicle inventory organized and stocked
- Complete service notes, job documentation, and administrative updates accurately
- Follow company safety procedures and jobsite standards
- Provide professional customer service during service visits
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of roofing experience in commercial roofing, residential roofing, or both
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems in the field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading or training a helper or junior technician
- Experience using service documentation or work order systems

Work Environment
