WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:
You'll work with our team of talented roofers to fix any problems with our customers' roofs, doing whatever is needed to get everything into prime condition. You'll need strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing the source of any issues and troubleshooting corrective actions. We're looking for someone who can prioritize quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in all that you do.

- Proven experience as a roofer
- Physical ability to perform typical roofing tasks, including climbing ladders and working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent, professional communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical information
- Great problem-solving skills and a solid work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to cover our service area, which includes Oley, Allentown, and Reading
