What We're Looking For
- Solar, D2D, canvassing, or outside sales experience preferred
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Valid driver's license & comfort working at heights
- Motivated, coachable, hunter mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Paid training for up to 90 days
- $150K–$200K year one, $200K+ year two
