About Us
At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses recover from storm, water, fire, and property damage. Our North Atlanta team is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Roofing Sales & Inspection Specialist to help homeowners identify roof damage and guide them through the repair or replacement process.

Position Summary
The Roofing Sales & Inspection Specialist is responsible for inspecting residential and commercial roofs, identifying storm or wear-related damage, and helping customers understand their repair or replacement options. This role combines field inspections, customer education, and sales consultation.
You'll be the trusted advisor who helps property owners protect one of their biggest investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform roof inspections for residential and light commercial properties
- Identify damage caused by storms, wind, hail, and aging materials
- Document findings with photos, notes, and inspection reports
- Educate homeowners on roof condition and recommended solutions
- Present roof repair or replacement proposals
- Assist homeowners with insurance claim documentation when applicable
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project process
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project completion
- Generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and neighborhood outreach
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or home services a plus)
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
