Now Hiring: Sales Consultant — Fargo, ND5 Star Roofing | Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and present roofing solutions that fit
  • Work leads generated by our marketing team, you're not starting from scratch
  • Use modern CRM tools, measurement technology, and mobile apps to manage your pipeline
  • Build long-term client relationships through great service and follow-through
  • Hit your targets, earn bonuses, and grow your income

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales (any industry)
  • Strong communicator who handles objections with confidence
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable with technology and mobile tools
  • Roofing experience is a plus, but not required,  we care more about drive than your resume

Your First 90 Days

Days 1–20: Paid training. Learn our products, process, and tools alongside experienced reps.

Days 21–60: Mentored selling. Start closing deals with support from a senior rep.

Days 61–90: Full ramp. Your pipeline is live and your earnings are climbing.
