What You'll Do
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field and building relationships. As a Sales Rep, you will:
- Generate leads through canvassing and door-to-door outreach
- Build, manage, and follow up on your pipeline of customers
- Oversee roofing projects from initial inspection to completion
- Perform roof inspections (ladder climbing required)
- Provide exceptional customer communication and support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain professionalism and high-quality service for every homeowner
- Work a standard 40-hour week with occasional weekends
