We're expanding into the Oklahoma City market and looking for experienced roofing sales professionals with at least one year of roofing sales experience who want to grow into leadership while earning exceptional income.

Paid Leadership Training
All Oklahoma City hires complete a paid 90-day leadership training program in Dallas, TX before returning to help launch and grow our Oklahoma City market.
During training, you'll learn our proven sales systems, leadership strategies, recruiting, coaching, and project management while working alongside experienced leaders.
What You'll Do
- Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
- Manage projects from inspection through completion
- Build strong homeowner relationships
- Recruit, train, and mentor future sales representatives
- Lead by example while driving team performance and accountability
- Help build Heritage's Oklahoma City market
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
- Experience with insurance restoration claims
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Desire to grow into a leadership role
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Ability to complete the required 90-day paid training in Dallas, TX
