Roofing Sales Representative (South Bend, IN)

$100K–$200K+ | Paid Training + Leads Provided | No Cold Calling

What You'll Do

Run pre-qualified in-home appointments

Inspect roofs + exterior projects (we train you)

Build trust with homeowners and close deals same-day

Manage your pipeline + track activity in CRM

Hit performance targets (close rate, revenue, job size)

Generate 1+ self-sourced lead per week

What Success Looks Like

$1M+ in closed revenue within your first year

Strong close rate + consistent weekly volume

High activity = high earnings

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is a plus - not required

Background in roofing, construction, or in-home sales = big advantage

Comfortable climbing ladders / inspecting roofs

Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable

Strong communication+

people skills• Valid driver's license + clean background

Schedule

• Full-time, flexible schedule• Evenings + 2 Saturdays/month required (prime earning times)
