Job Description

Mast Roofing, a locally owned full-service residential and light commercial roofing, window, door, and siding company in Oley, PA is in search of a full-time Roofing Sales Representative with experience selling to homeowners and/or business owners. We have been in business for over 28 years, and have an excellent reputation for quality and service (Check out all our amazing reviews on Google!). This position has an earning potential of $130,000+/year, with potential bonuses. We also offer a full benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, a retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), bonuses, a company truck, laptop, phone, and complete technical and sales training.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Conduct 8-10 weekly appointments with homeowners and business leaders
Demonstrate products to potential clients
Perform detailed roof & attic inspections
Prepare detailed proposal on-site using company-provided estimating software
Emphasize product/service features & benefits, quote a price, & present financing options
Expect & Overcome objections
Maintain a professional image & carry yourself in a professional manner
Maintain a clean vehicle
Update appropriate sales data & paperwork daily

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must have strong attention to detail and be organized
Good computer skills
Work well both independently and as part of a team
Must live within one hour of the office
