Position Overview
We are hiring high-performance Sales Closers who can confidently take opportunities from inspection to signed contract.
This is a full-cycle role — you'll run appointments, knock doors, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close deals.
We provide the leads, systems, and mentorship — your results are up to you.
What You'll Do
- Run in-home sales appointments with company-provided leads
- Canvass neighborhoods and door knock around leads and storm areas
- Perform roof inspections (training provided)
- Present solutions and educate homeowners on roofing and insurance options
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close
- Maintain pipeline and follow-ups using CRM
- Consistently hit performance targets (35%+ close rate expectation)
- Collaborate with production to ensure smooth project execution
- Represent Gikas Roofing with professionalism and integrity

Compensation
- 100% commission (uncapped)

Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to climb roofs and lift 50+ lbs
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to commute to Pearl River, NY
- Prior sales experience preferred (roofing, D2D, or construction a plus)
