Position Summary
Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for building trust, driving results, and helping homeowners protect their most valuable asset? We're seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing team, engage with prospective customers, and close roofing and exterior service agreements while representing our commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Lead Engagement
- Connect with homeowners through field outreach, scheduled inbound leads, referrals, and consultations.
- Educate customers on roofing and exterior services — including shingle, tile, and metal roofs, seamless gutters & guards, and stain work — tailored to their needs and budget.
Sales Presentations & Closing
- Conduct professional consultations (in person or via phone/video when applicable) to assess customer needs.
- Present solutions confidently and persuasively.
- Close sales while maintaining honesty, empathy, and clear communication.
Client Relationship & Follow-Up
- Manage follow-ups via phone, text, and email to convert warm leads into signed contracts.
- Track all customer interactions, proposals, and conversions in the company CRM.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with production, estimating, and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent customer experience.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and coaching sessions to sharpen skills.
What We're Looking For
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
- Prior sales experience — residential roofing, construction, home services, or exterior solutions is a plus.
- A strong ability to close deals and drive results.
- Great communication, interpersonal, and objection-handling skills.
- A coachable, positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in door-to-door or field sales.
- Familiarity with roofing and exterior home improvement products.
