The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading, fast-growing, nationally backed roofing company, to identifymotivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join their Sarasota, FL team.

This is a high-income sales opportunity offeringuncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and realpotential for growth.

No roofing experience? No problem. If you’remotivated, driven, and coachable, you’ll receive the training and tools neededto succeed.

What You’ll Earn

  • Year 1: $70K–$80K
  • Year 2: $90K–$100K
  • Year 3: $110K+
  • Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance

  • Meet with homeowners and generate new business
  • Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
  • Guide customers through the insurance and sales process
  • Close deals and manage your sales pipeline

  • Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps)
