- Reliable & Mobile: Valid driver's license and a pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- Coachability: Willing to learn, take feedback, and follow a proven sales process.

- Be the Homeowner's Advocate: Help customers navigate the insurance claim process and keep their project moving.
- Close & Build Relationships: Turn qualified opportunities into completed projects while delivering a great customer experience.
