When the storms hit, our phones ring—but our biggest opportunities come from getting out into the field and meeting homeowners face-to-face.
This is a door-to-door, in-the-field sales/project management role where you'll connect with storm-affected homeowners, help them navigate the insurance process, and restore their homes. Your Role in the FieldYou are the face of Heritage. This is a hands-on, door-to-door role where you're not just selling—you're solving problems for homeowners.
Knock & Connect: Canvass neighborhoods, go door-to-door, and build relationships with homeowners.Inspect & Educate: Identify storm damage and explain the restoration process.Advocate: Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish.Manage: Oversee projects from the first knock to the final shingle, ensuring 5-star service.Grow: Build a referral network to keep your pipeline full.

The Compensation
Training Phase (90 Days): Base Pay + $ per verified claim + Commission.Post-Training: Uncapped commission—your effort directly determines your income.
