Roofing Service Manager Summary

The Commercial Roofing Service Manager is the heartbeat of the CentiMark's Customer Experience. Your responsibilities include:

Maintaining schedule, update, coordinate services of commercial roofing projects
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Thorough planning & project execution
Effective leak and repair solutions
Communication

Roofing Service Manager Requirements

Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, SPF
Minimum 3 years commercial roofing experience
Valid State driver's license (in good standing)
Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Ability to work on tight deadlines
