Job Description
-Lead day-to-day service operations and project management activities.-Drive business development efforts and cultivate long-term client relationships.-Manage scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of service crews.-Monitor KPIs including crew productivity, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.-Mentor and develop staff while building a culture of accountability and excellence.-Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (Sales, Estimating, Accounting, etc.).-Support sales team and assist with takeoffs, scope reviews, and proposals.-Represent the company at industry and networking events to grow market presence.
-5+ years of experience in commercial roofing with strong service project management expertise.-Demonstrated success managing a service division or service team in a construction environment.-Solid understanding of multiple roofing systems (Shingle, Single-Ply, Coatings, Modified, etc.).-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.-Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team.-Familiarity with Salesforce and digital workflows is a plus.
